Automated Gate Service Plans
At Mulberry Gates not only do we strive to deliver a quality product and initial install, but we are also passionate about looking after your Automated Gates after they have been installed. An automated gate is much like a car in the fact that it needs regular servicing by a professional to ensure it is in working order.
We offer two service plans for automated gates. Please find details of each plan below:
Gold Plan
£280.00 + VAT per year
This plan is built for gates that are in constant use. If your gate is used between 10 & 12+ times a day then this is the plan for you. As part of this plan, we will visit your property every 6 months. Once we’re on-site we will carry out our maintenance procedure which includes but is not limited to the following:
- 2 gate services per year
- Advise on any malfunctions the system may have occurred
- Full safety checks
- Full inspection of any known faulty equipment the system may have at the time of the service
Silver Plan
£180.00 + VAT per year.
This plan is recommended for those people whose gates are used up to 10 times a day. We will visit your property once a year to carry out the following works:
- Advise on any malfunctions the system may have occurred
- Full safety checks
- Full inspection of any known faulty equipment the system may have at the time of the service
Please note that the above plans do not include the cost of any labour/parts that may be required to repair the faulty system.

Got a colour in mind? No problem! Using our RAL Chart you can pick whatever colour suits your style. You can leave the rest to us, we’ll powder coat your gates with the colour of your choice which will ensure it not only looks great but prolongs its lifespan as well.

OUR PROCESS
Over the last 30 years we’ve been enhancing our offering and finely tuning our working process to ensure that you as a customer get the service you deserve. Our process is simple and effective in order to get the desired outcome:
Step One – Initial Contact
As soon as your enquiry has been received we will get to work on ascertaining what your requirements are. We will then drop you an email or give you a call to discuss things a little further.
Step Two – Consultation/Site Survey
Once we’ve had a chat to discuss specifics around the style, colour, location and functionality of your gate or railings. Sometimes, we will ask you if we can do a site survey in order to finalise the details of our proposal.
Step Three – A Proposal
Once our team has all the information they require we will come back to you with a quotation. It will detail the specifications you require as well as the lead time and proposed installation dates.
Step Four – Build: a Thorough & Quality Job
Assuming all parties are happy to proceed with the quotation the manufacturing process will begin. We will ensure that the project is completed to the agreed specifications and within the agreed timelines. A suitable date will be scheduled for the installation of your gates or railings. On the day of installation our staff will ensure that the working area is as we found it.
